Rehabitat Northwest is a multigenerational family-owned residential developer/builder based in Seattle, Washington that restores, rebuilds and rejuvenates urban "pocket" neighborhoods- since 1986.

Innovative small lot planning, sustainable construction and a time tested old world craftsmanship supports the vision of its Scandinavian founder. Rehabitat combines its low impact development with its "not so big" homes gently placed in neighborhoods, limiting its consumption of resources, while protecting the environment and delivering efficient, vintage homes to its customers.

This family owned company links the generational interests and objectives of its customers and weaves it into the fabric of its communities. Porch swings, birdhouses, rain barrels, and picket fences remind us of a time long past. Lending a cup of sugar, exchanging child care, watering the neighbors’ plants are all promoted by creative planning and design. Rehabitat would like to help us return, renew and relive those times.
